RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT-2005

Under the sub section (1) ans 19(1) of section of Right to Information Act 2005, following appellate officers are appointed :-

(1) डाॅ. एस.एस. तोमर - संयोजक
(2) डाॅ. खुशवंत सिंह - संदस्य

Note:-According to section 6(1) of above act applicant will have to deposit application fees of Rs. 10 /-. If Applicant want to review the documents, he will have to pay Rs. 50/- per head and for the photo-copy of documents, charges will be applicable.Time limit of 30 days is decided for the ation on application under the section 7(1) of above act.
